The entire Team Techsoft was challenged and had its cooperation skills tested when we tried our hand at match racing in the waters off Fænøsund on our annual team building trip back in June. In match racing, it is exclusively the team on board the boat that makes the difference and mans all tasks. Areas of responsibility, lines of command and communication have to be just right to keep the boat in front. The differences in performance become directly measurable in races against competitors and are directly relatable to our everyday life at work. A cool experience!
