After being part of the Tricon group since 1991, Techsoft left the group on September 1st 2020. This change of ownership comes as part of an ongoing generational change.
Expected to have limited impact in practice, the change of ownership – and subsequent division of the company – is a natural consequence of the targeted specialisation in industrial automation projects that Techsoft has undergone in recent years. The management at Techsoft wishes to focus on a strategic strengthening of our core competencies, which form the basis of our mission: To become the industry’s preferred supplier within industrial IT and automation.
